Count usable days

List arrival and departure times first, then place the major visits. A three-day stay is not always three full sightseeing days. Intercity travel includes station or airport transfers, waiting, luggage and check-in as well as the timetable duration. Reduce stops before removing rest, especially for families or mixed-age groups.

Choose the accommodation area deliberately

Compare access to the planned neighbourhoods, transport connections and the preferred evening atmosphere. Then confirm room type, beds, accessibility, breakfast and cancellation conditions directly in the quotation or booking. Tell the accommodation provider which travel documents you will use and ask about current check-in requirements before paying.

Confirm the main reservations before optional extras

Check the essential attraction windows and transport first. Add optional towers, boats, performances or workshops only after the main schedule works. Use official attraction information and keep reservation details consistent with the traveller’s documents. Confirm the agreed route and alternatives if an essential visit is unavailable.

Make the quotation specific

Ask for dates, group size, named services, accommodation, transfers, admissions, total currency and payment and change terms in writing. A submitted enquiry is not a reservation and does not require payment. Keep copies of accepted documents and a practical contact method for the trip, with a backup if mobile data is unavailable.

Questions before you go

How many days are enough?
It depends on the chosen places, pace and arrival times. One city with a few priorities can be more satisfying than a rushed multi-city list.
